In our individual sessions, I will work with you to build a strong and trusting alliance. You can expect a collaborative and non-judgmental atmosphere where your experiences, emotions, and goals are acknowledged and validated. 

Through open dialogue and tailored interventions, we will navigate the complexities of your life,  address challenges, and work towards enhancing self-awareness and the development of coping strategies. You will learn and apply evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in areas of your life that are feeling difficult to manage.
