Family Therapy

Working with me in family therapy, you can expect a therapeutic process that is collaborative, non-blaming, and action-oriented. I utilize a strengths-based approach, without sugarcoating the truth.

Through structured sessions, you'll learn and apply evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in the context of your family to increase distress tolerance and shift unhelpful patterns. This may involve clarifying roles, setting  boundaries, and adjusting communication styles.

This work will equip everyone with the tools to improve overall functioning within your family.
