During our initial consultation, you can expect a judgement-free, confidential space where we will explore your goals and reasons for seeking therapy. I will likely ask about personal history and context.

During this time, you can also ask any questions you may have and take this opportunity to assess if my approach aligns with your needs.

I will also share important information regarding patient confidentiality, patient rights, payment information, etc.

It's natural to feel a mix of emotions during therapy and the initial consult is no different.
