As your couples therapist, I will guide you and your partner through a process of self-reflection and communication exercises. You can expect an interactive and goal-oriented therapy experience where we collaboratively set objectives and work towards achievable change.
Through structured sessions, we will pinpoint specific relational patterns that contribute to conflicts, misunderstandings, or dissatisfaction in the relationship. You'll learn and apply evidenced-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in the context of your relationship to break unhelpful patterns and increase distress tolerance.
By cultivating a deeper understanding of each other's needs, this work will create a more supportive and fulfilling partnership.
